Symmetry starter

If you are new to Symmetry or new to Reformer Pilates, you’ll need to book a starter (taster) session to get started. This allows us to guide you towards the most suitable classes and ensures you get the most out of your training from the very beginning.

During your 1:1 starter session, we will:

  • Discuss your fitness goals

  • Go through your health and any injury considerations

  • Introduce you to the Reformer

  • Take you through a short session covering the fundamentals you’ll need for future classes

This means you’ll arrive at group sessions feeling more confident, relaxed, and able to get much more out of each workout.

After your starter session, we’ll recommend the most suitable group classes for you. In some cases, we may suggest spending a little more time training 1:1 before moving into group sessions, to ensure you progress safely and effectively.
