  • My passion is helping everyone achieve their potential in sport or physical activity. I believe creating healthy habits that fit into your everyday daily life is essential to keeping you healthy and well.

The benefits of exercise are far reaching and for you to be active, conditioning and building fundamental strength and movement skills is crucial to reaching your fitness goals.

Having completed a degree in sports science at Brunel University, and with over 20 years of experience in fitness, coaching and teaching, I have a wide range of expertise and knowledge to share with those I work with.

I have always loved being active and enjoyed being a county athlete as a junior I now coach several national and young international level athletes.

I discovered Pilates as part of a rehab program for a hip injury I sustained whilst competing over 400m hurdles, introducing the reformer has meant I can maintain the strength and mobility to help keep me running.

I offer personal training, sports specific performance coaching and reformer Pilates for all levels.

  • After giving birth to my daughter via C-section in 2020, at my check-up appointment, the doctor recommended I try Pilates.

This incredible practice has since changed my life!

Pilates has so many benefits, from activating the rest and digest nervous system, improving flexibility, balance and strength, blood circulation, to massaging internal organs and helping the digestive system.

Months after my daughter was born, every evening, I'd find myself painfully bloated in tears because I no longer recognised my own reflection. My constipation eased after being diagnosed with Slow Bowel Transit and given an at-home irrigation to do every other night, for the rest of my life.

My consistent Pilates practice has helped with my bloating symptons from Crohn's disease as well speed up my bowel movements.

I trained to be an instructor (mat, reformer and pre and post-natal) to give others back the body confidence we tend to lose as we grow because I've seen firsthand what it did for my confidence. So I wish to help others fall back in love with the magnificent body we all live in.

  • My love of exercise and fitness came early through a passion for sport. I competed in multiple events from a young age, but excelled quickly in gymnastics. Within it I found discipline and a work ethic that led me to become British Tumbling Champion and competed for Great Britain multiple times.

After my gymnastics career ended, I found a desire to help others feel good through exercise and movement, which then began a long-standing career in coaching. After gaining my degree in Sports science from Brunel University, I have had over 20 plus years’ experience in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer and teaching almost every fitness class available!

This led on to becoming a tutor, training new instructors to the industry. After many years of teaching mat Pilates, I am now loving introducing the reformer to new people and showing the incredible benefits it can have to our bodies!

I also still dabble in gymnastics, teaching competitive cheerleading to children ages 5 - 18!

  • I completed a dance diploma at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, where I developed a deep understanding of the body, technique, and physical expression.

This background naturally led me to Pilates, where I discovered a passion for mindful movement and functional strength.

I’m excited to now be combining my dance experience with Pilates to help others improve their posture, strength, and overall well-being through this empowering method.

  • I've always loved staying active and trying different sports — from competing in athletics for Essex to being part of the England volleyball development squad.

Fitness has been a big part of my life, and I’ve always enjoyed mixing things up to keep training interesting. I started using the reformer as part of my own workouts and quickly saw how much it added to my strength, control, and overall fitness.

Now, I enjoy teaching reformer classes that are dynamic, energising, and give you a real challenge — whether you're new to it or looking to up your training.
