Symmetry Specialists

Reformer Pilates is a powerful, low-impact practice that strengthens the body from the inside out.

It improves posture, enhances flexibility, and builds deep core strength, all while promoting balance, control, and alignment.

Suitable for all levels, it supports injury prevention, reduces tension, and leaves you feeling strong, centred, and connected. It can be great for those looking to rehabilitate injuries, improve performance in a specific sport or to improve your everyday movement.
